Infants
6 weeks- 12 months
- We provide a safe, consistent and emotionally nurturing environment for your infant to discover the world around them.
- There is freedom to explore and interact with other babies in care.
- Our babies are cognitively challenged through uninterrupted play with age appropriate learning materials.
- Spanish is spoken by at least one of the teachers all day in the classroom.
- Individual baby’s sleep and feeding schedules are followed
- Documentation of each child’s learning is compiled in a Celebration Journal and given to parents as a keepsake.
Toddlers
13 months-23 months
- Daily whole group interaction occurs which promotes social skill development
- Daily Circle Time is introduced
- A loose routine is followed which provides a rhythm for the learners to be secure in
- The Learning environment is child directed, encouraging individual interests and fosters social interaction
- Spanish is spoken throughout all aspects of your child’s day at school
- Uninterrupted play is encouraged both inside the classroom and outside in the secure courtyard designed for younger children
- Documentation of each child’s learning is compiled in a Celebration Journal and given to parents as a keepsake.
2 Year Olds
24 months-35 months
- Daily circle time takes place, a time to greet friends and sing songs
- Spanish is spoken throughout all aspects of your child’s day at school
- A balance of nurturing, Open Discovery and exploration through the Arts fill each day
- Documentation of each child’s learning is compiled in a Celebration Journal and given to parents as a keepsake.
- Learning areas focus on Dramatic Play, Creative Arts, Language, Science and Sensory Exploration
Preschool/Pre-K
36 months- Kindergarten Ready
- Reggio Inspired Emergent Curriculum
- Daily Circle Time which fosters community collaborative planning for the learning environment
- Music & Movement, and two hours a day of Outdoor Discovery and Play keep us moving
- Daily Art Exploration through a variety of mediums including clay, paint varieties, drawing utensils, collage work or remake center
- Individual interests are encouraged, which leads to confidence, self-esteem and a joy for learning
- Documentation of each child’s learning is compiled in a Celebration Journal and given to parents as a keepsake.
